Service plan A
The Service plan A Contract price allows for an agreed number of site visits per annum whereupon the equipment will be fully serviced to meet current standards. With this Contract option spare parts will remain chargeable and emergency service breakdown calls, should these occur in between service visits, these would be chargeable at our service rates at that time.

Service Plan A+
The Service plan A+ Service Contract option offers all the benefits of Service plan A but with the added bonus that all service emergency calls are inclusive within the Contract cost. This option allows you to factor in costings to your budget for the maintenance of your catering equipment for the coming year. Once again spare parts would remain chargeable within this option.

Dispensable Spare Parts
Spare parts used whilst doing routine service work i.e. gas grease, nuts, bolts, sealants, and terminals etc are included into your agreed service plan. This reduces the amount of unnecessary paper work when invoicing.

Personal Plan Servicing
Moore’s catering engineers are flexible within their approach to their customers in that if either of the above options would not meet your requirements we are able to discuss various tailor made contracts to suit you, the customer.
